Hello! I’m Gareth, the VP of People (Head of People) at IMMO. I oversee the entire people lifecycle, including Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Partnering & Operations, and Payroll across our five entities. My primary objective is to ensure we have the right people with the right capabilities to support IMMO's growth while fostering an equitable and safe environment for our diverse team.

Previously, I have played key leadership roles at Soho House Group and UKTV and founded Amber People HR consultancy, specializing in scaling Series A to E start-ups worldwide.
